What should I do if a product is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an item that is inaccurate or damaged.  Please email the following details via vml.gpvn@gmail.com:

  • Order number

  • Video or photo of inaccurate or damaged product

  • Complete delivery address

  • Contact telephone number

  • Our customer service team will check and respond you soon. If the fault is serious, we will send you a replacement or offer a refund within a reasonable time.
